B2B Project Manager – Logistics & Operations

About the role

Ninja Van is looking for a B2B Project Manager to lead and support projects that improve the efficiency of its business‑as‑usual logistics operations across Southeast Asia. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to translate business needs into actionable project plans and data‑driven improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute B2B projects aimed at cost efficiency, productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain project governance, monitor progress, identify risks and drive mitigation actions.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards and monitoring tools to track KPIs such as cost, loss rates, service levels and operational performance.
• Analyze operational data to uncover trends, gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Translate analytical insights into strategic initiatives and actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or project management.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain or related industries.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage client enquiries or escalations.
