Axiom Implementation Consultant

About the role

DXC Luxoft is looking for an experienced AxiomSL Implementation Consultant in Pune to support a bank's migration of its regulatory reporting platform from OSX to AxiomSL. The consultant works end-to-end on the migration of regulatory reports, in close collaboration with Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Risk, Data Management and IT teams. The role requires hands-on AxiomSL implementation expertise and knowledge of European banking regulatory reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing OSX reporting configurations and translate requirements into AxiomSL solutions, then implement regulatory reports and support testing, reconciliation and migration.
• Design, configure and develop regulatory reporting solutions in AxiomSL, including data mappings, transformation rules, calculations, validations and reporting workflows.
• Support the migration of specific regulatory reports such as LCR, NSFR, ALMM, COREP, IRRBB, AnaCredit, DGS, CESOP, IFRS 9 and others.
• Perform gap analysis between OSX and AxiomSL, support parallel runs and production cutover, and resolve differences in reporting outputs.
• Map source data to AxiomSL requirements, set up data quality checks and reconciliation controls, and support data lineage from source systems to regulatory outputs.
• Develop and run unit tests, SIT, UAT and regression tests, fix defects and support production deployment and knowledge transfer to BAU teams.
• Work with Regulatory Reporting SMEs, Business Analysts, Data Engineers and Solution Architects, and communicate progress, issues and risks to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands-on AxiomSL implementation and development experience in banking or financial services.
• Proven experience implementing regulatory reporting solutions in AxiomSL and with European banking reports such as LCR, NSFR, ALMM, COREP and/or AnaCredit.
• Experience with regulatory reporting migrations or major platform enhancements, and with complex banking data structures and upstream integration.
• Strong SQL skills, including data analysis, troubleshooting and reconciliation.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, regression testing and production deployment.
• Professional proficiency in English; relocation friendly.

• Nice to have: Axiom certification, previous OSX to AxiomSL migration, AxiomSL RegCloud, EBA taxonomies, XBRL, Dutch regulatory reporting, data warehouses and ETL.
