AWS Terraform DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer specialized in AWS and Terraform to design, implement and maintain cloud infrastructure. The role involves building CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments and ensuring high availability and security of services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and configuration management.
• Manage AWS services including EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, IAM, Route 53, and load balancers.
• Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and other tools.
• Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and production issues.
• Ensure cloud environments adhere to security standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams.
• Implement disaster recovery, backup, and high‑availability solutions.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Automate operational tasks through shell scripting and Python.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in DevOps and cloud engineering.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Proven expertise in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Proficiency with Linux administration, shell scripting and Python.
• Good understanding of networking concepts, security groups, load balancers and IAM.
• Experience with monitoring, logging and incident troubleshooting.
