AWS Site Reliability Engineer – Production Support

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AWS Site Reliability Engineer to provide production support for our cloud‑based applications. You will ensure system stability, performance, and reliability while collaborating with development teams to embed SRE best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide real‑time production support, diagnosing and resolving incidents.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git/Bitbucket.
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Set up and maintain observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, Instana) for monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Write infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Configure NGINX reverse proxies and manage Kafka event streams.
• Utilize OpenSearch and Kibana for analytics and visualization.
• Collaborate on SRE practices, incident management, post‑mortem analysis, and automation of repetitive tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in production support and DevOps.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
