GCP DevOps Lead

About the role

We are seeking a GCP DevOps Lead to design, implement and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. The role will drive CI/CD pipeline development, automate provisioning, and ensure reliable, secure operations of containerized applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage GCP cloud infrastructure.
• Build, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI or Cloud Build.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Deploy and manage Docker‑based applications on Kubernetes (GKE).
• Monitor system performance, availability and reliability, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Implement security, compliance, backup and disaster‑recovery best practices.
• Collaborate with development, QA and operations teams to streamline releases.
• Participate in incident, problem and change management activities.

Required profile

• 5–9 years of experience in DevOps engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Cloud Build).
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes (GKE) and Terraform.
• Solid Linux/Unix administration and Git version control.
• Strong scripting skills in Python or Shell.
• Good knowledge of networking, security and cloud architecture concepts.
