DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with 3‑5 years of experience to design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage containerized applications, and provision AWS cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Bamboo.
• Manage containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Provision and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Automate deployment and configuration with Ansible or Chef.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline build, release and deployment processes.
• Maintain source code repositories in GitHub and Bitbucket.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise application and infrastructure performance.
• Apply DevOps best practices, security standards and automation strategies.
• Work with cross‑functional teams for production deployments and issue resolution.
• Document operational runbooks and project details in Confluence and Jira.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of DevOps engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes administration and Docker containerisation.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, ELB, Auto Scaling).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Configuration management experience with Ansible or Chef.
• Solid understanding of Linux systems and shell scripting.
• Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging and release management processes.
