Associate Specialist, Talent Solution Delivery, Enterprise

About the role

Randstad Enterprise is hiring an Associate Specialist for Talent Solution Delivery, Enterprise, based in Hyderabad. The role provides end-to-end backend operational support within the Vendor Management System (VMS) for contingent workforce management, ensuring smooth pre-boarding and post-onboarding while keeping data accurate, compliant and processed on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage requisition creation, updates and closures in the VMS on behalf of hiring managers
• Support pre-boarding: interview scheduling, work order creation, onboarding documentation and background checks
• Handle the worker lifecycle: onboarding, contract extensions, manager changes, cost center updates and offboarding
• Manage timesheets, expense approvals and invoice validations within the VMS
• Maintain accurate VMS data, documentation and compliance records
• Coordinate with suppliers on submissions, documentation and timecards
• Handle vendor and stakeholder queries and run basic operational reports on onboarded and offboarded workers
• Support the program team with onboarding, including new hires and supplier transitions

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in MSP operations
• Strong MSP experience covering onboarding, offboarding and timesheets, with detailed knowledge of the VMS
• Experience with global stakeholders is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
