Associate Professor – Finance (Tenure-Track)

About the role

ISM is seeking an Associate Professor in Finance on a tenure‑track basis. The role combines high‑impact teaching across undergraduate, postgraduate and executive programmes with a strong research agenda and collaboration with industry and government partners.

Key responsibilities

• Teach finance courses at undergraduate, postgraduate and executive levels.
• Publish research in leading finance and business journals.
• Supervise Ph.D. and postgraduate dissertations.
• Design and deliver innovative course modules aligned with industry trends.
• Participate in academic and professional development activities of the department.
• Collaborate with industry and government agencies on research and training programmes.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Finance, Financial Economics or a closely related field.
• Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience, including at least 3 years in an Associate or Assistant Professor role.
• Demonstrated research excellence with publications in Scopus/ABDC/SSCI indexed journals.
• Experience in financial modelling, data analytics or fintech applications preferred.
• Strong record of teaching effectiveness and use of technology in pedagogy.
