About the role

As an Associate in the Granite team, you will work closely with on‑shore stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth documentation flow and timely site inspections. The position supports the financial strategy of various business lines by handling critical communication and data updates.

Key responsibilities

• Interact via email with lenders, contractors, and field inspectors to gather required documents and information.
• Collaborate with on‑shore stakeholders through email and phone calls to coordinate tasks.
• Schedule and expedite site inspections across the United States, ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Organize, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines while communicating effectively with external parties.
• Obtain pending documents, update internal systems, and maintain a quality score of 98.5% or higher.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written communication with accurate grammar and punctuation.
• Fluent English with a neutral accent and strong verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and cognitive abilities, attention to detail, and minimum typing speed of 30 wpm.
