Associate Director of Sales

About the role

The Associate Director of Sales will lead the sales function at Hyatt Regency Dehradun, ensuring the department operates efficiently and aligns with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. The role focuses on delivering exceptional results for guests, employees, and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the efficient running of the sales department in line with corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Collaborate closely with Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other revenue‑generating departments to maximise overall hotel sales.
• Lead and support the sales team in all selling activities, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction while meeting employee and owner expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a luxury international‑brand hotel.
• Strong understanding of selling techniques and modern marketing approaches.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with hotel property management systems such as Fidelio, Delphi, or RESERVE (preferred).
• Effective email communication skills.
