Associate Analyst, Insights & Enablement

About the role

Mastercard is looking for an Associate Analyst to support the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform within the Services Business Development Insights & Enablement team. This hands‑on role sits at the intersection of sales enablement, product management and process transformation, helping sales teams operate efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prepare and optimise contracting workflows in the CLM platform (Ironclad).
• Translate business requirements into structured workflows, rules and templates.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales and Operations to map and migrate contractual constructs.
• Participate in testing new CLM features, identify issues and support remediation.
• Leverage tools such as Salesforce, Signavio, CPQ and other enablement platforms to improve execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, standardisation and simplification of contracting processes.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving ability and effective communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python) and creating professional documentation.
• Interest or experience in sales enablement, process transformation or product management.
• Familiarity with process‑mapping tools (Visio, Signavio) and workflow design concepts.
• Ability to work in cross‑functional, global teams and manage multiple priorities.
