Assistant Vice President – Auditor, International Audit

About the role

The Assistant Vice President – Auditor in International Audit will lead audit engagements across the bank, ensuring internal controls are effective and compliant with policies. This intermediate‑level position reports on the adequacy of controls, safeguards the bank’s assets, and provides advisory insights to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and document audit assignments covering various business units.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Prepare clear audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop action plans and monitor remediation.
• Provide value‑added advisory services to help the bank achieve its strategic goals.

Required profile

• Intermediate‑level professional with solid experience in internal or external audit.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, risk management and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders.
