Assistant Sales Manager – North India Market

About the role
Renesas is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead and grow its North India market. You will be responsible for driving sales across Tier‑2/3/4 cities, managing channel partners, and building strong relationships with OEMs and design houses.
Key responsibilities
- Report to the Manager, India Sales.
- Drive sales in North India (Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Ludhiana, Kanpur, Lucknow, Haridwar, Bhiwadi, Noida–Greater Noida) across target segments such as metering, UPS/inverter, panel meters, telecom, industrial, consumer and emerging applications.
- Maintain and expand existing accounts while acquiring new mass‑market customers.
- Work closely with distributors to increase coverage and design‑ins.
- Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, ODMs, design houses and EMS partners.
- Track competition, pricing trends and customer roadmaps.
- Support forecasting, revenue growth and reporting activities.
Required profile
- B.E. or B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical engineering.
- 6‑10 years of experience in semiconductor sales.
- Deep understanding of the North India market.
