About the role
Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager for Product Planning to support new product introductions and drive continuous improvement across its automotive electronics portfolio. The role is based at the Naganathapura plant in Bengaluru and works closely with development teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead new product introduction activities and manage change processes.
- Coordinate customer visits, audits, and manage related documentation.
- Plan budgets, tooling, and manufacturing equipment (MAE) requirements.
- Drive improvement projects and create pilot/trial orders.
- Prepare control plans and interact with development and lead plants.
- Participate in IPN meetings and manage SAP transactions.
Required profile
- BE or Diploma in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
- 2 to 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive sector.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SAP.
- Project management capabilities.
