Assistant Manager – Outlet (Hospitality)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Outlet will support the efficient operation of an assigned food and beverage outlet at Grand Hyatt Mumbai. Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you will help deliver the Hyatt brand experience while meeting guest, employee and owner expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in day‑to‑day management of the outlet as an independent profit centre.
• Ensure service standards align with Hyatt International brand guidelines.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Help control costs and operate within the allocated budget.
• Support staff scheduling, training and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager, Team Leader or Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
• Strong understanding of outlet operations and financial performance.
