About the role

As an Assistant Manager Housekeeping at a leading airport hotel, you will oversee the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, ensuring guests experience a warm and welcoming environment. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff, uphold high hygiene standards, and contribute to overall guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and schedule housekeeping personnel to achieve operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of lobbies, corridors, restrooms and other guest‑facing spaces.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
• Address guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Train new team members and support ongoing skill development.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, performance metrics and guest feedback.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in housekeeping or hospitality management.
• Strong team‑leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and work under pressure.
