Assistant General Manager – Export Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead our Export Sales division across APAC (East & Southeast Asia). The role involves driving international boiler and project‑based solution sales, expanding our distributor network, and representing the brand at global trade events.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve export order booking targets for boilers and related solutions.
• Develop and grow a distributor/agent network in key international markets.
• Manage direct relationships with EPCs, consultants, and industrial buyers abroad.
• Lead tendering, bid preparation, techno‑commercial offers, and contract negotiations.
• Identify new geographies and sectors to broaden Isotex’s global footprint.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and project execution teams for on‑time delivery and compliance with export regulations.
• Monitor competitor activity and implement value‑driven sales strategies.
• Represent Isotex at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry forums.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production or MBA in International Business/Marketing.
• 12–15 years of export sales experience in boilers, capital equipment, or industrial heating solutions.
• Proven track record of securing high‑value international orders.
• Extensive global network of consultants, EPC contractors, agents, and key accounts.
• Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and international trade regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross‑cultural relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively overseas.
