About the role

The Assistant Construction Manager will support site management, execution, planning, and commissioning activities across multiple project sites. This role requires close coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities

Erection supervision according to project schedules.
Follow‑up of material requirements at the site with the head office.
Co‑ordination with clients and consultants.
Processing contractor bills.
Customer relations management and service.

Required profile

Age range: 28‑35 years.
5‑8 years of experience in PEB companies, industrial project sites, or large contractors on government and private projects.
Willingness to travel to various regional sites.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Technical knowledge in civil engineering and architecture.
Understanding of structural civil works.
