Assistant Brand Manager – Hospitality

About the role

Treebo Hospitality Ventures is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to help build and scale Medalio, its new mid‑premium hospitality brand. You will join the Brand Marketing team and work across brand building, customer insight, digital experience, property‑level execution and hotel launches.

Key responsibilities

• Support development of Medalio’s brand positioning, audience understanding, narrative, tone of voice and experience principles.
• Conduct consumer, competitor, cultural and category research to uncover brand opportunities.
• Create reference materials, moodboards, audits and point‑of‑view documents to sharpen the brand world.
• Track guest behaviour, reviews and travel trends to feed real‑world insight into brand decisions.
• Assist in producing brand decks, internal notes, launch narratives and strategic documents.
• Translate brand pillars (Rest, Flow, Spark) into tangible guest‑facing experiences across lobbies, rooms, signage, staff cues and digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize research into actionable brand insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating brand narratives and internal documentation.
• Passion for hospitality, design‑aware experiences and emerging travel trends.
• Ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams and manage multiple brand initiatives.
