Area Sales Manager – Urology Devices

About the role

The Meril Urology Division is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales and marketing initiatives across multiple Indian territories. You will be responsible for shaping the sales strategy, forecasting, and expanding market share for our urology product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report on sales performance against targets.
• Manage, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team.
• Assist in creating annual marketing and sales plans.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with external distributors and internal marketing teams to drive growth.

Required profile

• B.Sc, Biomedical Engineering or a related scientific degree.
• Proven experience in technical sales within the medical devices sector.
• Specific background in urology products such as catheters, stents or balloons.
