Area Sales Manager – Off Trade (Goa)

About the role

Bacardi is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead its Off‑Trade business in Goa. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and distributors, driving sales growth, profitability and brand presence across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve financial targets including NSV, gross margin, overheads, profitability and ROI.
• Execute price‑pack architecture and annual price increases to improve mix and value share.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers and distributors.
• Implement promotional plans and ROI strategies throughout the year.
• Provide market insights to shape channel and portfolio strategy.
• Communicate regularly with customers to gather feedback and resolve operational issues.
• Build short‑ and long‑term sales strategies based on consumer insights and market understanding.
