About the role

The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for driving secondary sales across a defined territory, managing relationships with wholesalers, retailers and channel partners, and ensuring the execution of brand initiatives. This role acts as the commercial bridge between the field team and the company, supporting business growth and market presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve secondary sales targets and set objectives for Area Workers (AW) and AW Sales Managers (AWSM).
  • Communicate objectives, track progress, and provide regular updates to the AW team.
  • Motivate and support AWs, ensuring they have the necessary infrastructure and systems.
  • Coach, manage, and evaluate AWSM performance, sharing best practices and sales call processes.
  • Maintain and expand dealer relationships, increasing depth and width per dealer.
  • Prospect new outlets, execute visibility and merchandising plans, and launch new consumer promotions.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions, and report findings.
  • Represent the company for consumer complaints, coordinating with quality teams.

Required profile

  • Graduate degree.
  • Proven competency in market execution, business development, channel partner management, selling and negotiation.
