Architect

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Architect to join our practice. The role focuses on delivering high-quality design solutions and coordinating project activities with internal teams, contractors and external agencies. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, drawings and specifications for a variety of projects.
• Produce detailed AutoCAD and SketchUp models and renderings.
• Coordinate design efforts with engineers, contractors and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and revise construction documents to meet client and code requirements.
• Participate in site visits and meetings to monitor progress and resolve design issues.

Required profile

• B.Arch degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years professional architectural experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
