Architect - Enterprise Solutions Sr. Analyst

About the role

The Enterprise Solutions Senior Analyst will design, develop, and support UKG Workforce Management (WFM) integrations using Dell Boomi. Working closely with Business Design, SAP, and functional analysts, you will ensure scalable, secure, and reliable data flows that enable global workforce management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UKG WFM integrations on the Dell Boomi platform.
• Build inbound and outbound interfaces between UKG WFM and enterprise systems such as HRIS, payroll, ERP, and third‑party vendors.
• Translate business requirements into reusable integration components and APIs.
• Perform end‑to‑end integration testing and support production releases.
• Participate in code reviews, peer reviews, and solution design sessions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor junior developers and analysts on Boomi and UKG integration best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience developing integrations with Dell Boomi.
• 5+ years supporting UKG WFM or Kronos environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working in global enterprise settings.

Required skills

• Dell Boomi AtomSphere, process libraries, API Management, connectors.
• UKG WFM / Kronos integration knowledge.
• REST APIs, SOAP web services, XML, JSON, XSLT, SQL.
• Secure authentication methods: OAuth, SFTP, API security.
• Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow.
