Architect – Design & Project Management

About the role

Dezine Architects is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Architect in Varanasi. The role involves developing architectural concepts, producing detailed drawings and coordinating design solutions across architecture, interiors and landscaping.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients to gather requirements and translate them into design proposals.
• Prepare design presentations and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants and contractors to integrate structural, MEP and finishing details.
• Support project planning, track design progress and assist in site reviews.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Eligibility for registration with the relevant professional body.
• Strong architectural design skills, including concept development, space planning and detailed drawing preparation.
• Experience in project management, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing timelines.
• Knowledge of local building codes, sustainable design principles and excellent communication abilities.
