Concrete Pump Vendor

About the role

The Concrete Pump Vendor is a full‑time, on‑site position responsible for coordinating the supply and operation of concrete pumps for Ready Mix Concrete deliveries across multiple construction sites in Varanasi. You will work closely with site engineers, contractors, and internal logistics teams to ensure efficient and safe concrete pumping.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch concrete pumps to designated sites.
• Oversee pump setup, safe operation, and accurate concrete placement.
• Liaise with site engineers, contractors, and logistics to optimise pumping operations.
• Minimise downtime and maintain equipment in good working condition.
• Monitor safety standards and ensure compliance with site regulations.
• Maintain service records and support continuous improvement in pumping efficiency.

Required profile

• Proficiency in handling Ready Mix Concrete and its applications.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operations, especially concrete pumps.
• Experience with formwork and flatwork in concrete construction.
• Basic carpentry skills related to concrete works and site preparation.
• Strong focus on safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage schedules.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in construction or equipment operation is an advantage.
• Prior experience in concrete pumping, construction, or RMC operations is preferred.
