Apriso MES Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Apriso MES Engineer to design, develop and deploy manufacturing execution solutions for our customers. You will work within Bosch’s Global Software Technologies team in Bangalore, collaborating with functional consultants, architects and shop‑floor teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, test and deploy solutions on Dassault Systèmes DELMIA Apriso MES/MOM platform.
• Develop business processes, screens, workflows and custom functionalities to meet manufacturing requirements.
• Integrate Apriso with SAP/ERP, PLM, APS, PLCs, IoT gateways and other shop‑floor systems using REST/SOAP, XML, JSON and SQL.
• Create and maintain Apriso Process Builder objects, user interfaces and reusable components.
• Support master‑data integration (materials, BOM, routing, work centres, equipment, production orders).
• Perform unit, integration and user‑acceptance testing, troubleshoot issues and provide post‑go‑live support.
• Prepare technical design, configuration and deployment documentation.
• Collaborate with solution architects, project managers and customer manufacturing teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing execution concepts and processes.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions on the Apriso platform.

Required skills

• DELMIA Apriso MES/MOM (Process Builder, configuration, custom development).
• REST and SOAP web services, XML, JSON.
• SQL database development, stored procedures, performance tuning.
• Integration experience with SAP/ERP, PLM, APS, PLCs and IoT gateways.
• Version control and release/deployment procedures.
• Unit testing, integration testing, SIT/UAT support.
