About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our restaurant team in Sola. As a crew member you will help deliver fast, friendly service while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Serve customers with a smile, taking orders and handling payments.
- Prepare menu items according to McDonald’s standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen and restrooms.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to keep service fast and efficient.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
Required profile
- Enjoy a fast‑paced work environment and are not afraid to get hands‑on.
- Friendly, energetic and motivated with a positive attitude.
- Accurate, reliable and able to follow instructions.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
