About the role
The Analyst – Transaction Banking Product Non-Financial Risk supports ANZ's Institutional Non-Financial Risk team. Working in Bengaluru, you will help manage non‑financial risks across Transaction Banking and Corporate Finance products, acting as part of the First Line of Defense.
Key responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day risk management activities for Payments, Cash Management, Trade Finance and Digital Payments.
- Identify, assess and monitor risks, controls, issues and incidents throughout product and platform lifecycles.
- Conduct risk and control assessments, prepare governance reports and manage remediation actions.
- Participate in risk reviews for product changes, digital initiatives and client implementations.
- Produce risk insights, management information and governance materials for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Technology, Compliance and Risk teams to ensure regulatory compliance and embed a strong risk culture.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of Transaction Banking products and associated risk factors.
- Experience working in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
- Ability to analyse complex information and communicate findings clearly.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in finance, risk management or a related field.
