Analyst III – Data Insights

About the role

Nykaa.com is seeking an Analyst III to turn the massive amount of data generated across its beauty and fashion platforms into actionable insights. You will work closely with business and product teams to drive data‑led decisions that shape the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assess business problems and opportunities by analysing customer voice and market trends.
• Identify, prioritize and execute quick‑win analytics initiatives that support medium‑ and long‑term goals.
• Define and standardise performance scorecards in collaboration with Business Intelligence teams.
• Establish analytical frameworks and guide junior analysts in delivering forecasts, trend analyses, feature impact studies and ROI assessments.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to influence roadmap planning using predictive insights and model outputs.
• Proactively explore advanced modelling techniques to solve critical business challenges and inform product and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities, capable of structuring ambiguous problems and delivering clear insights.
• Strong statistical modelling expertise with a proven track record of delivering actionable recommendations.
• Experience in building and standardising performance metrics and scorecards.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and influence strategic decisions.
