Adventure Host

About the role

The Adventure Host is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Goa, India. You will welcome guests, introduce them to curated activities and guide excursions that showcase local culture and everyday life.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules and ensure guest safety and comfort.
• Share information about local traditions, locations and cultural norms.
• Maintain a friendly, inclusive environment throughout each activity.
• Collaborate with local partners and vendors to deliver seamless experiences.
• Handle on‑the‑spot guest queries, concerns and promote additional experiences or services.
• Support basic logistics such as activity setup, refreshments and post‑excursion feedback collection.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑service experience with a focus on hospitality and problem‑solving.
• Ability to train guests on activity protocols, safety and cultural norms.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service for coordinating snacks and local tastings.
• Sales or upselling ability to promote extra experiences or partner services.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Konkani or Hindi is an advantage.
• Comfort working outdoors and flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and familiarity with Goa’s major attractions.
