About the role
Google’s Knowledge and Information Partnerships (K&IP) team is looking for an Administrative Business Partner to support managers and team members across multiple projects. You will anticipate operational needs, handle core administrative tasks and enable the team to focus on strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day calendar activities, including travel arrangements, expense reporting and budget tracking.
- Coordinate facilities and office logistics for the team.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Proactively resolve administrative issues and support multiple leaders within K&IP.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment.
- Experience handling travel management, expense reports, calendar and facilities coordination.
- Preferred: 3 years of administrative experience working in India.
