About the role
This position provides high‑level administrative support to senior managers and division heads within a leading global financial‑technology provider. The role ensures smooth daily operations by managing schedules, travel, communications, and office resources.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate managers' calendars, set appointments, and prepare meeting agendas.
- Arrange domestic and international business travel, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Screen incoming calls and mail, directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, spreadsheets, charts, and presentations using office software.
- Organise department meetings and reserve conference rooms.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, investors, and external stakeholders.
- Process onboarding and off‑boarding forms, manage personnel and benefit communications.
- Monitor office supply inventory and reorder as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of administrative practices and procedures.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Attention to detail in scheduling, travel arrangements, and record‑keeping.
- Problem‑solving aptitude and independent judgment.
