Accounts & Finance Executive

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to join our fast‑growing technology‑driven organization in Surat. The role involves managing day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial reporting and automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities using Tally Prime and Zoho Books.
• Handle statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and related filings.
• Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
• Execute month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and customer collections.
• Support payroll processing and related statutory requirements.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, budgets, and management reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
• Identify and implement process improvements through automation and technology.

Required profile

• Education: B.Com, M.Com, Inter CA, or CA Final Dropout.
• 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
