Accountant – Tally Prime Specialist

About the role

Fine Enterprises, a leading wholesale distributor of electrical products, is seeking a full‑time Accountant to join its finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting day‑to‑day accounting operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts using Tally Prime, including ledger maintenance and journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliation and cash management on a regular basis.
• Oversee stock and inventory reconciliation to align physical counts with financial records.
• Reconcile customer, vendor, and general‑ledger accounts.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B) in accordance with statutory deadlines.
• Process invoices, manage receivables, and handle payroll processing.
• Generate monthly financial reports for management review.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Tally Prime (mandatory).
• B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Quick learner capable of handling new tasks efficiently.
