Accountant – E‑Commerce & Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Accountant to join our e‑commerce and compliance team in Jaipur. You will handle day‑to‑day accounting tasks, ensure statutory compliance, and support marketplace financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting, invoices, expenses and ledgers.
• Operate Tally/Tally Prime and ERP systems.
• Prepare and file GST and TDS returns.
• Process monthly payroll and salary disbursements.
• Perform bank, vendor and ledger reconciliations.
• Handle e‑commerce accounting, including marketplace settlement for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO and others.
• Track marketplace commissions, TCS, TDS, GST, refunds and returns.
• Reconcile payment‑gateway, COD and prepaid settlements.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with trademark registration documentation.
• Coordinate with CA/consultants for statutory compliance.
• Prepare basic MIS and financial reports.

Required profile

• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 6–8 months of practical accounting experience.
• Hands‑on experience in GST and TDS filing (mandatory).
• CA firm experience mandatory.
• E‑commerce accounting experience preferred.
• Strong numerical, analytical and organisational abilities.
