Accountant – Bookkeeping, GST & TDS Specialist

About the role

Surety Seven Technologies is seeking a meticulous Accountant to join its finance team in Delhi. The role focuses on day‑to‑day bookkeeping, tax compliance, and statutory filings for both individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in a CA firm or corporate environment and a solid grasp of Indian tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily financial records and perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, vendor payments, and ledgers.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B, etc.) on a monthly or quarterly basis.
• Prepare and file TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.) and ensure timely payments.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of income tax returns (ITR) for individuals and businesses.
• Support statutory and internal audits by preparing audit schedules and related documentation.
• Handle ROC compliance, including preparation and filing of required forms and returns.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com/M.Com).
• 2–8 years of experience in a CA firm or corporate finance department.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
