Account Manager

About the role

Swiggy Dineout is looking for an Account Manager to join its team and drive growth across its restaurant partner network. The role involves onboarding and managing 70‑80 partner accounts in an assigned territory, with a target of generating approximately 80‑90 lacs GMV each month.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new restaurant partners, explain requirements and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain regular contact with existing partners, ensure accurate Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content and high image coverage.
• Deliver persuasive presentations on Dine‑Out plans, promotions and month‑on‑month growth opportunities.
• Execute growth activities such as offer alignment and marketing operations to launch events as planned.
• Resolve transaction issues, including diner‑denied payouts, to ensure seamless payments.
• Prepare growth plans for each account and gather competitor insights.
• Filter and interpret data from the restaurant‑facing dashboard, communicate key performance metrics to partners and drive actions that improve conversions.
• Monitor partner investments against competition and recommend adjustments to discounts, commissions or advertising.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support partner needs.

Required profile

• Experience managing a portfolio of restaurant or B2B partner accounts.
• Ability to meet monthly GMV targets of 80‑90 lacs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset to interpret dashboard data and derive actionable insights.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude for issue resolution.
