About the role

The Account Manager will be based in Salem, Tamil Nadu, and will serve as the primary point of contact for the company’s client portfolio. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on nurturing relationships, understanding client needs, and driving business growth for a consultancy services firm.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address client feedback and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery and ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset to assess client needs and track performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the consultancy industry is advantageous.
