About the role
We are seeking an Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for a community of travel agents and business entrepreneurs. You will drive agent engagement, ensure customer delight, and help grow the volume of business through our platform.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with 100‑200 business accounts (travel agents).
- Educate agents about TravClan’s services and platform.
- Collaborate with finance, product, and marketing teams to improve processes, products, and market reach.
- Maintain healthy agent retention while increasing their transaction volume.
- Handle agent grievances related to payments, services, and products.
- Manage feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
- Organise and host offline and online events and meet‑ups for agents across the country.
Required profile
- Prior experience in a similar client‑facing or account management role.
- Ethical, hardworking, and passionate about startups.
- Strong structured problem‑solving ability.
- Good understanding of various business verticals.
- Disciplined, process‑oriented, and presence of mind.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
