Account Executive – Consumer Retail Channel

About the role

Apple’s Sales organisation is looking for an Account Executive to drive growth with consumer retail partners in the Chandigarh region. You will act as the primary liaison between Apple and top reseller accounts, shaping strategies that expand the Apple ecosystem and deliver exceptional omni‑channel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Grow Apple’s business with partners who resell Apple products, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Build deep relationships, negotiate programmes and launch innovative initiatives to enhance the omni‑channel customer experience.
• Maintain functional expertise in the consumer retail channel, monitor market dynamics and identify new opportunities.
• Analyse partner capabilities, develop comprehensive account plans and craft data‑driven narratives for senior leadership.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to execute growth strategies, drive market activities and ensure sales through partners.
• Negotiate deals with channel partners to achieve desired market and financial results.
• Track key performance indicators, forecast account health and manage project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of relevant experience in business planning, retail strategy, business development or strategic project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of developing channel growth strategies with reseller partners.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience creating data‑driven business cases.
