Senior Applied Value Engineer – DACH Logistics

About the role

As a Senior Applied Value Engineer you will work with Celonis’ most strategic DACH customers in the logistics domain, translating their AI strategies into concrete Process Intelligence solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Discover customers’ AI strategies and design innovative solutions that combine Celonis Process Intelligence with leading AI platforms such as Microsoft and OpenAI.
• Identify high‑impact use cases, build demos and business cases, and conduct proof‑of‑value projects for C‑level executives.
• Facilitate value workshops, derive improvement measures, and present realized outcomes to senior management.
• Own the end‑to‑end value journey, driving adoption, expansion and renewal of the Celonis platform across the account.

Required profile

• 7+ years in an analytical, solution‑consulting or SaaS sales engineering role, with a strong focus on delivering customer value.
• Proven experience in business process improvement, change management and value realization across industries such as supply‑chain or manufacturing.
• Project‑management expertise, handling multiple concurrent engagements and coordinating with ecosystem partners.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of presenting roadmaps and results to C‑level stakeholders.
