Project Manager – Toys Division

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, result‑oriented Project Manager to lead toy development and manufacturing projects from concept to delivery. The role requires full ownership of timelines, coordination of cross‑functional teams, and strong leadership to push deliverables forward.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and track product development cycles, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with Design, R&D, Tooling, Production, Quality, and Procurement teams to resolve bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage material readiness and production schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates through clear reports, emails, and alignment meetings.
• Identify risks early, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with toy safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Education: B.Tech/B.E. (MBA in Operations or Project Management preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years of core project management, preferably in manufacturing, consumer durables, or toy industries.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

What we offer

• CTC: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month, commensurate with skill and background.
