Junior SAP PM Support Engineer

About the role

Join BASF Digital Hub Hyderabad as a Junior SAP PM Support Engineer. You will be the first point of contact for plants worldwide, delivering SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) services and supporting the Digital Asset Master Data Management portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the key account contact for assigned plants, handling all queries related to SAP PM solutions.
• Create, maintain, and govern functional location structures, equipment records, maintenance plans, and SAP PM documents.
• Ensure master data complies with BASF standards and local regulations.
• Guide SAP PM Data Operators and perform mass data uploads using existing tools.
• Communicate SAP PM standards, advise customers, and promote service adoption.
• Collaborate with product development to enhance automation solutions and design new SAP PM functionalities.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) and its master data objects.
• Practical experience in creating and maintaining functional locations, equipment, and maintenance plans.
• Ability to work globally and support customers across different regions.
• Good communication skills to convey standards and advise on feasible solutions.
