GPD Executive

About the role

The GPD Executive will drive product development initiatives, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery of new items for local supply while supporting existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Smooth development of items for local supply and identify cost‑effective methods for product development.
• Provide on‑time estimates and initiate product re‑engineering to stay ahead of competition.
• Drive improvement of development speed through the ELS approach and circulate RBO updates across departments.
• Manage counter sample approvals, develop new products and customers, and resolve customer queries related to product development.
• Assist in product pricing, maintain business focus, and respond to internal inquiries via email and phone.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts, coordinate with overseas hubs, and ensure article/product setup at the earliest.
• Maintain professional relationships, adhere to quality standards, and achieve at least 99% accuracy in development processes.
• Gather business requirements, support continuous cost‑reduction initiatives, and update relevant documents and Oracle with high accuracy.

Required profile

• Any graduate or engineering degree.
• Good knowledge of the industry and a detailed understanding of technology, strategies, and company goals.
• Ability to work independently with internal and overseas customers on product development and marketing activities.
