About the role
The Driver will be responsible for safely transporting students and supporting other school‑related activities. The driver will work closely with school staff to coordinate routes and schedules, ensuring reliable service for all students.
Key responsibilities
- Provide safe and timely transportation for students, following scheduled routes.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and school policies.
- Develop and implement transportation policies and procedures to improve service.
- Monitor and report on transportation performance and metrics regularly.
- Maintain and inspect school buses and other vehicles to ensure roadworthiness.
Required profile
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Possess at least 3 years of experience as a bus driver.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Required skills
- Demonstrate strong driving and safety management skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Have solid knowledge of transportation safety regulations and best practices.
