About the role

We are looking for a professional Waiter to join the service team at Grand Hyatt Kochi. The successful candidate will deliver an excellent and consistent level of service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage to guests in the assigned dining area.
• Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service throughout the shift.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at the service stations.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests to maximize satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations or a similar food‑and‑beverage environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
