About the role
We are looking for a professional Waiter to join the service team at Grand Hyatt Kochi. The successful candidate will deliver an excellent and consistent level of service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverage to guests in the assigned dining area.
- Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service throughout the shift.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at the service stations.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests to maximize satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations or a similar food‑and‑beverage environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
