About the role
We are looking for a Senior Claims Analyst to join our healthcare team in Chennai. The role involves reviewing medical records, ensuring compliance with payer regulations, and delivering accurate summaries within defined timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Complete the required training and adhere to all standard operating procedures.
- Conduct audits promptly while maintaining high quality standards.
- Meet both quality and production targets consistently.
- Follow project protocols, report issues or trends, and keep relevant logs updated.
- Seek clarification from managers or team leaders when needed and respond to all communications promptly.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer‑specific regulations.
Required profile
- 3‑7 years of experience in claims analysis or related healthcare functions.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree.
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
- Good communication, flexibility, and reliability.
