About the role

We are looking for a Senior Claims Analyst to join our healthcare team in Chennai. The role involves reviewing medical records, ensuring compliance with payer regulations, and delivering accurate summaries within defined timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the required training and adhere to all standard operating procedures.
• Conduct audits promptly while maintaining high quality standards.
• Meet both quality and production targets consistently.
• Follow project protocols, report issues or trends, and keep relevant logs updated.
• Seek clarification from managers or team leaders when needed and respond to all communications promptly.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer‑specific regulations.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience in claims analysis or related healthcare functions.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree.
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Good communication, flexibility, and reliability.
